  • 6 eggs, whisked until frothy
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices toasted bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

    In a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish, arrange in layers, bread cubes, bacon and cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes.

    Cut in squares and serve.

    Sausage may be used for the bacon.
