- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. evaporated milk
- 6 eggs
- white bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Brown sausage.

2Pour off grease and drain well.

3Cut crusts off bread; butter on one side and lay in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Sprinkle sausage over bread and cheese over sausage.

5In blender, combine eggs, milk, water and salt.

6Blend together.

7Pour over other ingredients; cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.

8When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350°.

9Then uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
