- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Mozzarella)
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Layer first 3 ingredients in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole. Beat eggs, milk and mustard.

2Pour over top and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

3Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
