- 3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cajun pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Spread bread with butter, cut off crusts and cut into cubes. Alternate layers of bread cubes and cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

2Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over bread-cheese mixture.

3Let set several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.

5Cut into servings (like a quiche).
