- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Layer bread, sausage and cheese twice in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Mix together eggs, 2 cups milk, mustard and onion.

4Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients. Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with soup and pour over top of casserole.

5Store in refrigerator overnight.

6Next morning, bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Serve warm.
