- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb croutons
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and well drained
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (preferably Cheddar)
Directions

1Line bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with croutons. Cover with sausage.

2Beat eggs.

3Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese.

4Pour over croutons and meat.

5Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
