Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb croutons
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and well drained
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (preferably Cheddar)

Directions

    Line bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with croutons. Cover with sausage.

    Beat eggs.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese.

    Pour over croutons and meat.

    Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
