- ham, bacon or sausage
- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns or potatoes O'Brien
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 10 to 12 scrambled eggs
Directions

1Cook meat; spread a layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Fry potatoes and put this on top of meat; next sprinkle a layer of cheese on top of potatoes.

3Scramble eggs to partially done and put on top of cheese.

4Top with layer of cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Make the night before and refrigerate, then bake next morning.

7Serve with toast or biscuits.
