  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, ham or bacon
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 slices chopped up bread
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Brown meat in pan.

    Crumble up and drain off fat.

    Chop or tear bread into small pieces.

    Grate cheese.

    Beat eggs; add milk and salt.

    Spray 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.

    Combine meat, bread, cheese and egg mixture in large bowl.

    Pour into pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.
