- 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, ham or bacon
- 1 doz. eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 slices chopped up bread
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in pan.

2Crumble up and drain off fat.

3Chop or tear bread into small pieces.

4Grate cheese.

5Beat eggs; add milk and salt.

6Spray 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.

7Combine meat, bread, cheese and egg mixture in large bowl.

8Pour into pan.

9Refrigerate overnight.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
