- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Use a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Layer hash browns, sausage, cheese, pepper and onions.

3Combine eggs and milk, beating well.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Pour over layers. Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.
