Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 box herbed croutons
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. dry mustard
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mushroom soup

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Pour milk and soup over croutons, then mix with other ingredients.

    Include half of the cheese in the mix and top the mixture with the other half.

    Cook at 350° until set in the center.

    Cool slightly and cut in squares to serve.
