- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 box herbed croutons
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Pour milk and soup over croutons, then mix with other ingredients.

3Include half of the cheese in the mix and top the mixture with the other half.

4Cook at 350° until set in the center.

5Cool slightly and cut in squares to serve.
