- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, broken up
- 4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain and cool.

2Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard; beat again.

3Add bread.

4Stir until it softens.

5Stir in the cheese, mushrooms and sausage.

6Pour into a greased pan (9 x 13-inch glass baking dish).

7Refrigerate overnight.
