  • 1 lb. Rudy Farms mild sausage, cooked and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/3 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs well; add milk, salt and dry mustard.

    Mix well; fold in sausage, cheese and bread.

    Place in 8 x 10 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
