- 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 8 to 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Layer bread, meat and cheese in dish.

3Sprinkle with onion salt.

4Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Next morning, add a can of cream of mushroom soup (or other cream soup) by pouring over top.

7Bake 1 hour at 350° uncovered.

8Serves 8.
