  • 8 slices of bread, cubed (Arnold or Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 lb. ham, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Use ungreased 9 x 12-inch (approximately) pan.

    Layer ham, bread and cheese.

    Beat 6 eggs with 2 cups milk and pour over ham mixture.

    Drizzle with melted butter.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour.
