  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. ham, chopped
  • 3 c. shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • onion and mushrooms (if desired)

Directions

    Melt butter; pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover with hash browns, packed down.

    Mix remaining ingredients and cover hash browns. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
