  • 1 lb. country sausage
  • 10 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed
  • 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. Lamagna shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz. Lamagna Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Spread cubed toast along bottom of large, lightly greased casserole dish; layer mushrooms, onion and sausage.

    Beat together eggs, milk and margarine.

    Pour egg mixture over casserole; top with shredded Cheddar and Feta cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
