  • 1 doz. eggs, scrambled
  • onion/mushroom saute
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • chopped green chiles (optional)

Directions

    Mix eggs, onions and mushrooms.

    Heat soup before pouring over top.

    Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    If refrigerated before baking, bake for 1 hour.

    Bake uncovered.
