- 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dried mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. condensed mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been greased.

2Place cheese on top of croutons.

3Fry sausage and drain. Place on top of cheese.

4Beat eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk together.

5Pour over meat mixture.

6Cover.

7Refrigerate overnight. In morning, pour 1/2 cup milk mixed with soup on top.

8Bake in slow oven at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
