- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. bulk sausage
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer:

2bread, cheese and sausage in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs with 2 cups milk.

3Pour over layers.

4Chill, covered, overnight.

5Mix soup and 1/2 cup milk.

6Pour over top of chilled mixture.

7Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
