- bread slices (enough to cover baking dish)
- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Arrange bread slices in greased baking dish. Cover bread with browned, drained sausage.

2Mix together beaten eggs, mustard and milk.

3Pour over sausage.

4Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with undiluted soup.

5Put in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
