- 1/2 sweet Red Pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 c. Ham, chopped or 2 c. Sausage, cooked
- 8 Eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Milk
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in butter.

2Reserve 1 c. of cheese for top.

3Mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish.
