- 6 slices bread
- 3 c. ham, cubed
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- paprika
Directions

1Cut off crusts from the bread.

2Butter bread; line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with bread, buttered side down.

3Layer with ham, onion and cheese.

4Mix milk and beaten eggs.

5Pour over layers. Break bread crusts into squares and layer over egg mixture.

6Pour butter over bread crumbs; sprinkle with paprika.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
