- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns (onions peppers)
- 1 jar real bacon bits
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Brown hash browns in oil.

2Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Spread potatoes in dish.

4Pour eggs over potatoes, top with salt, pepper and bacon bits.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

7The next day cook for 25 minutes in a 375° oven.

8Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
