- 1 lb. sausage, fried, crumbled and drained
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
- 6 to 8 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk
Directions

1In a large 9 x 12-inch greased casserole dish, put croutons, sausage and cheese, then add eggs (beaten with a little milk, salt and pepper).

2Refrigerate overnight.

3Add soup and milk, beaten together.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
