- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 box seasoned crackers
Directions

1Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and peppers.

2Put croutons in bottom of baking dish.

3Layer sausage and egg mixture; top with cheese.
