- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1/4 cup dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups pepperoncini peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Place roast in crock pot.

2Add garlic, salt and pepper, worchestershire, dry ranch dressing seasoning and whole jar of pepperoncini, including juice.

3Cook on low approximately 8 hours.

4Can shred and soak in juice once cooked to increase flavor/spiciness.
