Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (can also use ham and bacon)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes

Directions

    Melt oleo in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Layer 3/4 of potatoes.

    Mix rest of ingredients in large bowl and pour into pan on top of the hash browns.

    Sprinkle rest of potatoes on top of egg mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Serve with coffee, orange juice and toast for a complete breakfast.
