- 1 cup Oats (gluten-free)
- 1/4 cups Shredded Almonds
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Slices Of Toasted Gluten Free Bread, Broken In Pieces
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tamari
- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 cup Mashed (Canned Or Cooked) Black Beans
Directions

1Heat the oven at 350 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a food processor, grind the oats until fine, then add the almonds.

3Pulse the almonds until chopped.

4Add the rest of the ingredients and process until mixed well.

5Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.

6Shape each into a patty with your hands.

7Carefully set and align the patties on the baking sheet.
