  • 1 cup Oats (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Almonds
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Slices Of Toasted Gluten Free Bread, Broken In Pieces
  • 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Tamari
  • 1 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1 cup Mashed (Canned Or Cooked) Black Beans

    Heat the oven at 350 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a food processor, grind the oats until fine, then add the almonds.

    Pulse the almonds until chopped.
