- 3 c. cubed cooked ham, sausage or bacon
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
- 3 c. cubed French bread
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer meat, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over top.

2Combine flour and dry mustard; sprinkle over ham and cheese bread mixture.

3Beat eggs; add milk and pour over mixture in pan.

4Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

5Bake for about 1 hour or until puffy in 350° oven.
