  • 3 c. cubed cooked ham, sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
  • 3 c. cubed French bread
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer meat, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over top.

    Combine flour and dry mustard; sprinkle over ham and cheese bread mixture.

    Beat eggs; add milk and pour over mixture in pan.

    Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

    Bake for about 1 hour or until puffy in 350° oven.
