  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, half and half and mustard.

    Blend well. Layer bread, cheese and sausage in a large casserole.

    Pour egg mixture over layers.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Pour soup over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 2 minutes, then at 70% for 20 minutes.
