- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine eggs, milk, half and half and mustard.

2Blend well. Layer bread, cheese and sausage in a large casserole.

3Pour egg mixture over layers.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Pour soup over casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 2 minutes, then at 70% for 20 minutes.
