  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 4 slices dry bread, cubed
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook, drain and cool sausage.

    Mix with remaining ingredients. Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake next morning at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
