- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 oz. cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. half and half
Directions

1Trim brown edges of bread.

2Butter both sides and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Brown sausage, drain and sprinkle over bread.

4Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

5Mix eggs and half and half and pour over cheese.

6Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
