- 4 c. cooked and deboned catfish
- 4 c. potatoes, cooked until soft
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 qt. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Put fish in pot with 1 cup water; add potatoes, onions, butter and 2 tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup cold water.

2Cook 30 minutes. Add milk and cream.

3Stir.

4Turn off heat.

5Serve hot with crackers or corn bread.
