  • 1 lb. sausage (turkey or lite)
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Brown and drain sausage.

    Add bread, cheese, mustard and salt. Combine beaten eggs and milk; add to meat mixture.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.

    Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
