- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and bacon until sausage is cooked through and bacon is crisp, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

2Drain well.

3In large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

4Stir in sausage and bacon mixture, mustard, bread and cheese.

5Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Cover and refrigerate until the next morning.
