  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dry hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 to 6 green onions, sliced (tops, too)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except paprika.

    Pour into ungreased 7 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before baking.
