Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 c. hash browns, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish spread crescent rolls on the bottom.

    Crumble cooked sausage over rolls.

    Spread hash browns then the cheese over sausage.

    Mix eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over casserole and bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes. Make sure it is brown.

    I usually make this the night before and pour the egg/milk mixture over the rest of it prior to baking.

    This is a great casserole for Christmas morning!
