- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 slices buttered bread
- 4 to 6 beaten eggs
- salt to taste
Directions

1Fry and drain sausage.

2Alternate layers of bread, sausage and cheese in buttered casserole dish.

3Mix together eggs, milk and salt.

4Pour over layers and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
