- 9 slices bread
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk (skim okay)
- 1 Tbsp. hot mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. pkg. tube pork sausage (turkey is okay), browned and drained
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Tear bread into small pieces into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk and spices.

2Stir and pour over bread.

3Sprinkle sausage over top.

4Cover with grated or chopped cheese.

5Sprinkle with stuffing mix.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Can make night before, refrigerate and bake in the morning.
