Ingredients

  • 9 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk (skim okay)
  • 1 Tbsp. hot mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. pkg. tube pork sausage (turkey is okay), browned and drained
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Directions

    Tear bread into small pieces into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk and spices.

    Stir and pour over bread.

    Sprinkle sausage over top.

    Cover with grated or chopped cheese.

    Sprinkle with stuffing mix.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Can make night before, refrigerate and bake in the morning.
