- 2-3 pitted dates, preferably soaked in water overnight to rehydrate
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- tiny pinch of cinnamon
- tiny pinch of sea salt
- fresh or dried berries for garnish- optional
