  • 2-3 pitted dates, preferably soaked in water overnight to rehydrate
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • tiny pinch of cinnamon
  • tiny pinch of sea salt
  • fresh or dried berries for garnish- optional
