  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 3 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cane molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
