  • 4 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 5 to 7 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

    Beat eggs and milk.

    Put cubed bread on bottom of 8 x 8-inch dish.

    Sprinkle cheese over bread.

    Add sausage.

    Pour egg mixture over all.

    Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
