- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 5 to 7 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Beat eggs and milk.

2Put cubed bread on bottom of 8 x 8-inch dish.

3Sprinkle cheese over bread.

4Add sausage.

5Pour egg mixture over all.

6Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
