  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 9 slices bread, cubed (crust off)
  • 1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage

Directions

    Fry sausage; drain.

    In large bowl beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, dry mustard, cheese and sausage.

    Add bread last. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Let sit for a few minutes.

    Serve and enjoy.

    Best when served with hot caramel rolls.
