Breakfast Egg Casserole

- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 9 slices bread, cubed (crust off)
- 1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
Directions

1Fry sausage; drain.

2In large bowl beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, dry mustard, cheese and sausage.

3Add bread last. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Let sit for a few minutes.

6Serve and enjoy.

7Best when served with hot caramel rolls.
