Ingredients
- 6 slices bread, trimmed to fit 13 x 9-inch pan
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. or more either ham, sausage or bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Butter bread placing buttered side on bottom of pan.

2Layer the Cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese and ham, sausage or bacon on top of bread.

3If bacon or sausage is used, brown and fry.

4Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour on top.

5Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake 1/2 hour, covered, then 1 hour uncovered in a 350° oven.

7Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
