Ingredients
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 slices bread, torn up
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cook sausage, breaking it up, and drain.

2Mix all ingredients. Put in a 7 x 12-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4Let rest for 10 minutes prior to cutting.

5A little of Tony Chachere seasoning can be added.

6This recipe can be altered by using more bread and/or less cheese with same results.
