- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard (dry)
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain.

2Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.

3Pour egg mixture over this; refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Cut into squares and serve.
