  • 1 lb. tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 12 tortillas
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped

    Mash the tomatoes. Add garlic and chilies; simmer for 5 minutes.
