  • 4 whole Chicken Breast Filets, Without Skin Or Bones
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Line a baking sheet with tin foil.

    Using a fork, beat the eggs together in a small bowl.

    Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.

    Coat both sides of a chicken breast with egg, then cover both sides with the bread crumb mixture.

    Scoop some up with your hands and pat it onto the chicken to really get the whole thing coated.

    Transfer the chicken breast to the tin foil-covered baking pan.

    Repeat with the remaining chicken filets.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and bake for another 2 minutes to melt the cheese.

    Serve with pasta and spaghetti sauce.
