- 16 slice Bacon
- 1 lb Maple Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 1 packages Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Directions

1Scramble eggs

2Cube cream cheese and add to eggs.

3In a gallon size zip lock bag, roll sausage flat and even until it takes the shape of the bag.

4Cut the sides open, a pull back.

5Place the scrambled eggs and cream cheese on the sausage, and add the cheddar cheese.

6On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think)

7Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon.

8Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log.

9Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275 degrees for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160 degrees .

10Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking.

11Slice and enjoy!
