  • 16 slice Bacon
  • 1 lb Maple Sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

    Scramble eggs

    Cube cream cheese and add to eggs.

    In a gallon size zip lock bag, roll sausage flat and even until it takes the shape of the bag.

    Cut the sides open, a pull back.

    Place the scrambled eggs and cream cheese on the sausage, and add the cheddar cheese.

    On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think)

    Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon.

    Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log.

    Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275 degrees for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160 degrees .

    Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking.
