- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Melt butter in heavy 10-inch skillet in oven.

3Beat eggs vigorously 30 seconds.

4Gradually beat in flour. Mix in milk and salt.

5Tip heated pan to coat with butter.

6Pour in batter; bake 20 minutes.

7Lower temperature to 300°.

8Bake 5 minutes.

9Cut into wedges.

10Serve with maple syrup or with melted butter, lemon juice and confectioners sugar.
